Being a member at Skipton Golf Club is special. It is a very sociable club with a friendly atmosphere and plenty of activity both on and off the course.
Skipton Golf Club is currently open to new membership applications and the required forms can be obtained from our Business Manager or downloaded here. There are some fantastic membership benefits when taking out a full subscription, some of which are listed below. We are currently offering membership at Skipton Golf Club without the necessity of paying a one-off Joining Fee.

Skipton Golf Club has just released some great introductory offers for anyone considering membership. If you join any time between 1 December 2021 & 31 March 2022, the next renewal date for subscriptions will be 1 June 2023. This gives an extension of up to 6 months for a 12-month subscription.
In addition, the annual subscriptions will be at 2021 rates, giving even more savings on next year’s golf – the offer applies to Full, Intermediate, Weekday and Junior membership categories. Previous members of SGC wishing to re-join must have had a membership interval of least 2 years.

Reciprocal arrangements with Windermere, Richmond (North Yorkshire), Kendal & Knaresborough Golf Clubs allow you to play twice a year for free at each of these courses. You will also be entitled to reduced rates at Fleetwood.
1893 CLUB
As a member of the 1893 Club, full members are entitled to one courtesy round at the other 1893 Club courses.
JUNIORS
Skipton Golf Club has a thriving Junior Section, providing equal opportunities for both boys and girls of any age and ability to participate in and enjoy golf in a safe and secure environment, supported by expert coaching and club and inter-club competitions.
Free membership is available for the Under 13s, providing a parent or grandparent is either a golf or social member (there is a union affiliation fee payable), together with a heavily discounted rate for juniors aged 13-18.
