Skipton Golf Course is a challenge to most golfers with a slope index of 137 off the White Tees, making it very popular with locals and visitors alike, so don’t forget to book your round.
A short drive from the apartment is the popular market town of Skipton, gateway to The Dales. Skipton folk are immensely proud of their town and its Yorkshire heritage, guaranteeing visitors a warm welcome. The centre offers a wide selection of independent shops, restaurants, tea rooms and a market selling fresh produce several times a week.
Skipton Castle sits proudly over the town and has provided safety and sanctuary for over nine hundred years, a visit here is a must. Enjoy a walk down the canal which passes through the centre of the town, or head out into the National Park for a day’s walking or cycling.
